Services Provided:

Individual Sessions: Using evidence-based therapeutic practices melded with the power of Mindfulness and Meditation, we focus on fully manifesting the feelings and sacred elements you want to create in your life and relationships. Often the first step is a journey of self-discovery in order to increase awareness of any toxic thought patterns, attachment styles, or connections that do not serve us.

Coaching/Guidance for Wellbeing sessions are for those NOT using insurance, while Psychotherapy sessions are billed to your insurance company under a mental health diagnosis. (depression/anxiety/etc.)

Sessions are held virtually with our secure online portal so you choose where we meet-your couch, car, the beach, or backyard! 😉

Virtual Support:  Providing support throughout the week with Direct Messages available on the Simple Practice platform. Clients receive encouragement, input, and life coaching throughout the week and are only billed for the weeks they utilize the service. No contract is required. Virtual Support is available Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm. Insurance may not be used for this service.

We utilize a HIPAA compliant (privacy protection), secure online portal through SimplePractice, where you can: (even with your Cell Phone!)

  • Enter personal information
  • Complete Initial Client Intake Questionnaire(s)
  • Click to sign required Consent Forms
  • Provide more details on what brings you in, if desired
  • Access Stacey’s schedule to request available appointments
  • Hold Virtual Sessions from your Computer, Tablet or Phone!
  • Use its Secure Messaging for the Virtual Support service

That’s a lot, I know-but it is completely encrypted and secure, saves time, energy, and a lot of trees! 🙂

Our office offers fair and competitive Direct Pay Rates for the Pensacola area and are already discounted for those without insurance. We accept all major credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards as well for your convenience. Sliding scale is available for an allotted number of sessions each month, based on need. 

We are currently able to bill the following Insurance plans for Individual In-Person or Online Sessions as an In-Network Provider: (a qualifying diagnosis is required

Medicare, United, Oscar Health, Oxford, Aetna, and Cigna.

For those with other insurance plans, we can provide a “Super Bill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or credit towards the annual deductibles. (depends on your insurance company)

* The direct-pay rate is discounted from the insurance rate to ensure services are more accessible for those without health insurance
