About Stacey (she/her)

I would consider myself an educated (GenX) free spirit (nerd) who thrives on coffee, books, Tolkien movie-marathons, travelling Europe & learning all the things! (#PhDstudent)

I have spent many years working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, or grief. It is always an honour to be invited into someone’s story and life. However, in this new ERA of my professional and personal life (#AlwaysRedefining), I find myself particularly passionate about helping women* during the middle years of life (between 35 and 65)!  This time can bring tremendous physical, social, and emotional changes that have long been ignored!

I love empowering women to live the life they WANT to live and not settle for the status quo, especially from their healthcare providers during the perimenopausal/menopausal years! Our midlife health is not a taboo topic!

I am honoured to help my clients focus on moving through life with intention and healthy boundaries, relationships, and habits that increase longevity & wellbeing at ALL ages!

I am working towards my PhD in Ageing, focusing on Women’s Midlife Health experiences and I love to share all I’m learning along the way. Women have historically sacrificed far too much of their own wellbeing, and I am honoured to help my clients focus inward to nourish their own mind, body, & soul.

The Credo

I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out
in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom
of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
 I shall use my time.

-Jack London
