Whether we realize it or not, we are constantly redefining what “normal” looks like over and over throughout the seasons of our lives. Major losses or life changes sometimes feel as if we’ve just been shoved over a gigantic cliff. We find ourselves with no ground beneath our feet, nothing feels familiar, no certainty…

Adding to this uncertainty and feeling of the unknown is for many women*-very real and tangible changes in our physical and mental health! Even in our THIRTIES things can start feeling ‘off’ and we don’t always get the support needed to feel like ourselves again. This too feels like a cliff. 

Listen, I have stood on that cliff-side. I have both jumped, and been shoved over. All of us have been at some point in time. For me, each time became an awakening to my ever-changing self and life,  and the infinite possibilities of crafting a new story.  A healthier one. A better one.

So, if you find yourself facing that cliff, it’s super important to surround yourself with a tribe that inspires, validates, and challenges you. I would be proud to be an honorary member of your tribe. I pledge to provide guidance & support as you strive to live each day with intention and redefine YOUR story and what YOU hold most Sacred.
